PEXA-typing: embedding pretotyping company-wide (in under a year)
In early 2020, the innovation team at PEXA - one of Australia’s leading organisations in property technology - started integrating pretotyping into their innovation process. Just nine months since it began, they had already run 50 pretotypes, and pretotyping had become embedded across all areas of the organisation.
AGL: Successfully pretotyping at scale
AGL’s Experimentation Team is leading the way when it comes to pretotyping. The team is led by AGL’s Experimentation Manager Richard Guy, who was trained in pretotyping by Leslie Barry, founder of Exponentially. This has led to pretotyping and rapid experimentation not only being used successfully at scale, but coming to sit at the core of AGL’s product innovation.

Exponentially worked with leading motoring club and mutual organisation RACV’s established innovation team, improving the company’s ability to prioritise and test ideas using pretotyping and rapid experimentation.
Racing Victoria
In 2018, we worked with Racing Victoria to answer the question: How do we create the next major event for Racing Victoria? The company needed to test ideas in order to discover which event would be the most profitable, and learn how to best design and run the event in order to deliver maximum benefit to customers and the organisation.
